Your recipient doesn't have an AdvicePay account? No problem.
Now as long as someone has an email address, you can send them emails via the eSignature integration. Woo-hoooo! This is perfect for when you have partner clients, or if your Enterprise has specific people in the firm that all need to sign it. (We're looking at you, Compliance Officers.)
Assign Roles for Signing
It is now easier to manage who needs to sign what. You can now assign roles when sending out agreements and invoices. Assign roles like, "Client", "Partner", and "Compliance Officer." This language is fully customizable to fit your needs.
Signing, Contracts & Templates Pages
Contracts and templates used to live on the same screen. We’ve broken them into two separate screens now. And, we've added a new page to make sorting quicker.
The Signing Page quickly pulls all documents awaiting your signature. Click on one to take action from here.
The Contracts Page enables you to view details, download, send a reminder, or cancel the contract. You also have the ability to click into each contract to view even more details, like checking the status of who has signed and who has unsigned.
The Templates Page allows you to keep track of what documents you've uploaded into the AdvicePay system.
