How to Position Fee-For-Service with Existing Clients

One popular question they answered was “How would you position the fee-for-service option with existing clients, who may already be getting these services and advice for no additional fee from us?”

Alan shared the powerful message, “Be honest. Be transparent. Just say that you’re evolving your business.”

Michael followed up with the suggestion of getting clear about segmenting your services and sharing with clients what services are included with AUM pricing and what additional value you bring with fee-for-service costs.
