In celebration of the new year, we checked off some resolutions that are sure to increase your efficiency -- like adding custom disclosure language to emails. Check out our release notes below to get an overview of everything that is new in AdvicePay.
Wishing you could add a disclosure that gets included at the bottom of every email communication with clients through AdvicePay? Well, now you can! Add yours instantly to all future client emails by heading to Firm Settings > Emails & Notifications.
For our Enterprise home office accounts, you also have the option to allow advisors to set their own disclosures for their assigned client emails (overriding anything you set at the firm level).
Subscriptions canceled due to a mistake in setup or even when testing out the app internally used to stick around in Subscription tables -- and contribute to clutter in the app. So, with the encouragement of many of our awesome users (who told us they love when things are kept neat and tidy!), we decided it was time for some early spring cleaning. :)
First, we proactively removed old canceled subscriptions without any payment history from the account view. Going forward, now any canceled subscription that doesn’t yet have a client payment associated with it will be removed entirely from your and your clients’ account view as well.
(P.S. Don’t worry, though -- for compliance and your accurate historical records, we’ll still keep all canceled subscriptions that have one or more associated payments visible in the account with the status of ‘Canceled.’)
