Recognized for 140% Three-Year Revenue Growth, Earning a Place Among the Nation's Most Successful Independent Businesses

BOZEMAN, MT. | August 19, 2026

AdvicePay, the industry-leading platform for managing billing, payments, and compliance of fee-for-service financial planning, announced today that it has been ranked No. 2,383 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, as well as No. 4 in Montana. Achieving 140% three-year revenue growth, this marks AdvicePay’s fifth consecutive year on the list, a sustained trajectory driven by the wealth management industry’s rapid adoption of fee-for-service financial planning models.

As the industry-standard fee-for-service infrastructure for the nation’s largest Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Broker-Dealers, AdvicePay enables home offices to automate high-volume client billing, maintain regulatory oversight, and support scalable fee-for-service workflows.

To further support firms across the broader revenue lifecycle, AdvicePay recently expanded its platform portfolio through the acquisition of AdvisorBOB, a dedicated compensation management platform designed specifically for RIAs.

“Growth at this scale only happens when you’re solving a real systemic problem alongside an incredible team and visionary customers,” said Kelsey Lewis, President of AdvicePay. “We’re proud that the nation’s leading RIAs and broker-dealers continue to choose AdvicePay to power their fee-for-service workflows, and welcoming AdvisorBOB allows us to deliver even deeper operational value across the entire revenue lifecycle.”

This multi-year growth trajectory builds on a proven track record of institutional scale: having previously surpassed $1 billion in total financial planning fees processed through the platform, AdvicePay continues to lead the industry in powering fee-for-service financial planning.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”

Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years. Complete rankings can be found at: www.inc.com/inc5000.

Inc. 5000 List Methodology
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2025. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $100,000; the minimum for 2025 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
