AdvicePay Launches Integration with Wealthbox

We are excited to announce the launch of the first phase of our integration with Wealthbox. This new integration allows you to add your clients once in Wealthbox and then send them over to AdvicePay in a single click, making onboarding of clients easier and creating a more seamless experience.

What is Wealthbox?

Wealthbox is a leading CRM technology for financial advisors, RIA networks, and financial enterprise institutions. Known for its intuitive product design combined with powerful features, Wealthbox is made and operated by Starburst Labs, Inc. with offices in New York, NY and Providence, RI.

What can I do with the AdvicePay and Wealthbox integration?

With the AdvicePay integration, Wealthbox users can use “Send to” from the Contact Record page in Wealthbox to create clients in AdvicePay. Once clients are created in AdvicePay, they are linked between the two systems, so any future “send to” will direct the user to that client in AdvicePay.

An activity stream post will be created in Wealthbox that shows the client has been created in AdvicePay. Clicking the link will allow the user to go directly to that client’s page.

AdvicePay users will also benefit from a link back to Wealthbox for any clients they have linked. With one click, they can return to that client’s Contact Record page in Wealthbox.
