At AdvicePay, we realize that efficiency matters, to both you and your clients. That is why we have made managing your subscriptions effortless!

Have you ever wanted to pause or edit the amount of an active subscription? Or simply track down the history of events within a specific subscription? You can now do all this (and more!) with our newest feature release.

Get all the details below from Mary Moore, Product Owner.

What's New?

1. Edit the Amount on an Active Subscription

We have added the ability for you to edit the amount on a subscription so that you don't have to cancel it and create a new one every time you want to make a fee change. If you are decreasing the fee amount, the change will automatically take effect. If the fee is larger than it was previously, you'll receive a message that client approval is needed before the change can take effect.

2. Pause an Active Subscription

You are now able to pause a subscription so that it stops billing a client for one or more billing periods! If circumstances change, you can manually resume a paused subscription at any time.

3. Subscription Filtering

We have added subscription filtering so that you are able to restrict your view to a variety of specific scenarios. For example, you can filter by status of account, next bill date, description of service, etc.

4. Subscription Logs

Do you need to track down history of events on a particular subscription? When viewing a subscription, you are now able to view when a subscription was created, when a payment was made, and any other history of events that are specific to a subscription.
