We are so excited to share our newest feature enhancements: client information customization. These features have been requested both by clients and advisors, so our team has been working diligently to deliver!
What's New:
- Additional Client Logins
- This new feature allows your clients to give access to their account to additional users (e.g. partner). The additional user simply signs up with an email address upon receiving the invite, and from there, can help manage the account. Additional users have the ability to do everything your client (primary user) can, except sign contracts on their behalf and add/remove additional logins.
- Customize How Names Appear on Invoices
- You can now specify a "display name" that shows on invoices when creating and/or editing a client. This is great to use when you'd like to send an invoice to a business or trust.
- Revised Client Show Page
- The Client Show page got a design overhaul! We have updated this page for you so that it is easier to manage. In addition to viewing invoices and subscriptions on this page, you can now also view your contracts. Additionally, you can now view the client profile and whether the client has added additional logins.
