After months of hard work, we are excited to announce we have completely redesigned the client portal in AdvicePay — and it is better than ever!

We have made it easier for your clients to manage eSignature contracts, make payments, manage past invoices and subscriptions, and even made the entire experience mobile-friendly. Admittedly, we went all out -- we were on a roll! Get all the details below.

What's New?

Client Dashboard

The all new client dashboard is the perfect way for your clients to access all the important information related to their payments and contracts! On the Dashboard your clients will see:

  • Unpaid one-time invoices
  • Inactive subscriptions that need their authorization/payment
  • Failed invoices
  • Actively billing subscriptions
  • Contracts needing their signature

Manage Past Invoices & Subscriptions

From the client portal, your clients are able to view their full history of one-time invoices (not attached to subscriptions) and also download the invoice or associated contract.

Your clients can also see a full history of subscriptions and any associated upfront invoices. Clients are also able to cancel a subscription or download all of the subscription's invoices on this screen.

Making a Payment

Our totally re-designed client wallet makes it even easier for your clients to make payments!

Client Wallet

As the advisor, you are able to set a default setting if you want all payments to only be paid via ACH (checking account) or only via credit card. For example, If you want to accept payment solely by ACH, your client will see just ACH as a payment method option.
