At AdvicePay, we're all about helping you achieve success. So, that's why in June we knocked out one of our most often requested feature adds: clients can now make payments without having to login (insert happy dance here.) Our dev team also knocked out a TON of other features and bug fixes that are sure to streamline your workflows. Check it all out below.
What we’re most excited about:
Pay one time and subscription invoices without logging in
Your clients no longer have to login to make payments -- they can just simply enter in their billing information, pay, and get on with their day. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3. (Really, it is!)
For speedier payments, clients can now pay both one-time and subscription invoices without setting up an AdvicePay account or logging in to their existing account!
We want every step to be a cinch for your clients, so even if you attach an eSignature document to an invoice, clients who want to pay without logging in can still do so. They will be guided through the signing process first, and can then proceed to payment when all required signatures are collected!

- Optional invoice display name -- overrides Advisor first/last name
- Ameritas Single Sign On
- Allow Analyst users under Enterprise Read-Only advisors
- Email “From” name nicety -- shows Advisor’s Firm Name if recipient is Client, otherwise shows “AdvicePay”
- Restructure of Super Admin + Enterprise billing management
- Fix so users can update their account and continue receiving payouts
- Fix for “click to copy” in browser warning if user is on Edge browser
- Quantity is now available on Firm Settings > Billing so users can see historical count for each invoice
- Fixes to Super Admin - using “Managing Advisor” + “Account Owner” language
- Contract download is blocked with nice info message until it has been opened by a signer
